Heal Farm, Kings Nympton
All locally sourced meat, including North Devon Red Ruby Beef, which is hung for four weeks. Lamb which have been fed on fine grass and wild herbs, breeds will include Shetland and Southdown. Pork, sausages and bacon are from Tamworth Pigs and Berkshire pigs. Chickens are Ross Cob Hybrid Chickens and their ducks are Aylesbury Ducks. These animals are all fed on low density, high fibre foods.
