All our bedrooms have been recently refurbished in 2007 & 2008 by Pamela Viner, they now exude comfort, chic & luxury and are all individually decorated with their own characteristics.

	Northcote Suite A large bright suite, which has the morning sunshine, Northcote, is decorated in warm tones of blues and brown. With a comfortable sitting room, good-sized bedroom and a bathroom with separate shower and double ended bath it is a very comfortable room.
	Tavistock Suite A large romantic suite, decorated in luxurious purples and pinks and it is very privately situated at the side and rear of the house with views from the bedroom over the walled garden. On the west side of the building the Tavistock suite enjoys the evening sunshine.
	Orchard Suite Orchard Suite is a beautiful 'chic' suite with a large bay window overlooking the lawns and the valley to the Southeast. With a king size bed which can be twin or double and small sitting room it is very comfortable for those guests who may prefer to have a larger room with a little more privacy. It has a sofa bed which can sleep 2 adults or 2 children as a family room and it is also possible to set a table in the window for an intimate dinner for two. It has a bathroom with a separate shower and bath.
	Manor Suite A rear-facing suite looking over the courtyard, a very comfortable cosy suite in warm colours with a Chinese theme it has a sumptuous marble bathroom with Jacuzzi spa bath. Has a sofa bed in the sitting room, which can take two children.
	Hatherleigh A superior room in the older part of the house, a king size bed, which can be twin, or double and a lovely bathroom with a separate bath and shower, with super views as does the bedroom. Easier access for those who have trouble with the main staircase.
	Mariansleigh Also in the older part of the house Mariansleigh is a double aspect superior room with front and side views of the walled garden. A fabulous sunny room, designed with the 'English Garden' in mind. Again easier access for those who have trouble with lots of stairs.
	King Nympton A classic room on the side of the house Kings Nympton has a lovely four-poster bed and a sweet bathroom with bath. Perfect for the romantics, This room is really popular, so book early.
	Ashreigney Similar to Chulmleigh although slightly bigger, it is richly decorated with dark reds and blacks. Again a lovely front facing view.
	Chulmleigh A classic double room situated on the front of the house in the West wing it overlooks the main lawns towards the East, brightly decorated it has a lovely view and is a very popular room. Enjoys the morning sunshine.
	Monkleigh A good sized superior room with a twin or double bed, with views of the garden decorated in a lovely shades of red and creams it is a comfortable and airy room, very popular with returning guests.
	Romansleigh A lovely rear facing classic room, richly decorated in silver's and gold. With a westerly outlook over the courtyard Romansleigh enjoys the evening sunshine.

Please be aware that smoking is no longer allowed throughout Northcote including bedrooms, restaurant, lounges and bar. Any guest wishing to smoke may do so in designated outdoor areas. Any guest found smoking in the bedrooms will incur a charge of £200 to go towards cleaning costs.
