Creating spectacular & impressive days which memories are made of, we aim to create a flawless day at Northcote Manor. We know that each wedding is individual and therefore we take pride and enjoyment in spending time and carefully planning with our bride & groom to ensure their day is as special, unforgettable and pleasurable as possible.
Our Head Chef, Richie Herkes will write seasonal wedding menus incorporating the best in local produce from our Devonshire countryside for either sit down or buffet style dining. We are also proud to promote the best in local West Country wedding day specialists including stunning dresses, gorgeous flowers and divine cakes to help create the extra wow factor.
In order to continue the tradition of being a magnificent wedding venue it is essential that Northcote looks towards maintaining the nature, balance and environment of its surroundings.

Exclusive Use at Northcote
Exclusive use of Northcote Manor offers much more flexibility of arrangements and timing. Imagine yourself as Lord and Lady of the Manor for a day or two, with the whole of Northcote Manor at your disposal. We pride ourselves on the personal service given to our brides and grooms while arranging the day. Thanks to our wealth of experience we know how to create a flawless day within the perfect location.
A two-day package would give the option of your wedding party arriving the day before the ceremony and the chance to have a lovely BBQ or buffet supper as an informal gathering before the formalities of the next day, ideal if your guests are traveling some distance.
You may wish to spend a special Sunday with us after the wedding to relax and wind down in style after the events of the big day. We are happy to organise Summer BBQ lunches or a traditional Sunday Lunch for you and your remaining guests.

Northcote Manor is one of the most luxurious locations in the West Country, we pride ourselves on being able to tailor make your day and adapt to your requirements. We offer a truly unique wedding day in stunning North Devon.
The house also provides the perfect setting for smaller intimate weddings.
We can easily cater for 2-50 guests in one room or up to 100 for a seated meal using our restaurants and drawing room.
Northcote Wedding Co-ordinators
We have two wedding co-ordinators ~ Cheryl or Shebion will look forward to welcoming you to Northcote to initially show you around our beautiful house and grounds. From this initial meeting, they will continue to be your co-ordinator and can help and advise throughout the months toward your day and more importantly will be with you both on your special day. Judy will also be on hand for initial tours, food tasting and will assist Cheryl & Shebion on your Wedding Day.
Exclusive Package
Weekend Exclusive Use for one day - £5000.00 Exclusive use for 2 days - £6500.00
Midweek Exclusive Use Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday for one day £3500, £4500 for two days
From check in until 11am the following day. The package includes bed and breakfast accommodation for 22 guests, the entire house and grounds, our whole team of staff and a personal wedding coordinator. Our wedding coordinators are highly experienced and can do as much or as little as you like, their main purpose is to enable you to have a stress free wedding and over see the finer details of the day.
The bedrooms can be re let to your guests to reduce the exclusive use fee. No hidden extras for linen, cutlery, candles or paperwork will be added.
These exclusive use rates are valid until January 2011 and include VAT @ 17.5%
