Northcote Manor is an exclusive and luxurious, recently refurbished Devon Country House Hotel, set in scenic surroundings. It provides the perfect out of town venue for business meetings and conferences.
The Northcote team has the sole objective of ensuring your visit is special and a success. We aim and succeed in offering a high standard of professionalism with an attentive yet discreet service allowing you the opportunity to discuss and develop your business in a relaxing atmosphere.
Meetings are held in the Oak room, which comfortably accommodates 10-20 delegates boardroom style or slightly more by seating theatre style. For larger meetings we do offer exclusive use and can then accommodate a greater number of delegates.
We are always pleased to adapt to suit the clients requirements, perhaps incorporating meetings or conferences with an outdoor pursuit to make your visit to Northcote that bit more individual.
Northcote has eleven individually designed luxury bedrooms, including four suites, which have all been perfected and elegantly designed. All rooms are en suite, with direct dial telephones, internet access and satellite television. Additional room service features can easily be provided for guests such as flowers and Champagne on arrival, beauticians and aromatherapist.
The above is intended as a guideline for any subsequent discussions and as each conference or meeting is as individual as the business involved, we would be delighted for you to visit Northcote for a non-committal tour and to discuss your requirements in more detail, whilst sampling the warm and friendly atmosphere, which has become our hallmark.
June 2005 saw the opening of the brand new and much anticipated conservatory. We had a spectacular turnout for the official opening of our gorgeous new conservatory, many local people and businesses gathered throughout the afternoon to wish us well with the new build. The day ended on a high note when Head Chef Richie cooked a gastronomic six-course feast with accompanying wines served in the conservatory to a full house of happy guests. The conservatory gives two defined dining areas to offer our guests one perfect for breakfast the other stunningly classic for formal dining. The conservatory opens out onto a bright sun terrace, which looks down the gently sloping; cob walled gardens onto the recently reinstated Victorian water garden with Japanese style planting and huge magnolia tree. The grounds have really matured and make the new conservatory appear as if it has always been here.
The conservatory can now be used for conferences of up to 80 delegates theatre style. The space is perfect for meetings as it overlooks peaceful Devon hills and a tranquil water garden, the ideal place to focus and concentrate.
We look forward to welcoming you.
