August

Charity Cream Tea Picnic ~ Sunday 9th August from 12pm

This year Cheryl & the team at Northcote Manor have been supporting the Children's Hospice South West and to help raise money for the cause we will be opening the grounds for free on Sunday 9th August. Bring a picnic and enjoy the surroundings at this open day. In case of bad weather the house will be open.
We will not be charging an entry fee but we will be asking for donations at the gate. Cream teas, drinks and traditional games will be available for a wonderful day out. A prize draw in aid of the Children's Hospice South west will also be held with prize totals valued at over £500
Let us know you're coming and any under 10's bringing a teddy bear will get a complimentary teddy bear's picnic consisting of a sandwich and a fairy cake! (we do need to know in advance if you're coming for this) We will also be having a children's art corner to keep little fingers busy.

We will be offering Northcote picnics for those who prefer not to pack a lunch. Pre booking is essential but worth it as our picnics sprakle with a half bottle of champagne included in the price. £15 per person. (sandwiches, fruit cake, pastries, fruit and a half bottle of champagne)

There will also be a fun croquet tournament throughout the day up on the croquet lawn overlooking the Taw Valley.

October - The Devon Celebration of Food

Eat for £10, Gourmet over night stays and even a celebration of the apple for our apple day feast. Watch this space...
