General Manager & Head Chef: As General Manager, Richie Herkes has nurtured a ‘spirit of excellence’ which permeates the entire Manor, and this is by no means diluted in his role as Head Chef. Richie (who trained under Michelin-starred Chef, John Mann) and his committed ‘fine dining’ team comprise: Sous-Chef, Will Taurines, Henry & Paula.
Wedding Co-ordinator: Briony Ellis, Assisted by Jennifer Malcolm– full of sound advice, enthusiastic and very professional – what more could you ask.
Front of House Team: Briony, Simon, Emma, Jennifer, Mitchell, Carlos & Clara – always on hand to help in any way they can
Bar Manager: Mitchell is a great character from New York - want your favourite tipple during your stay? He's the man to ask.
Receptionist: Tucked in under the stairs is Jennie. If you need information or would like to book an activity, Jennie’s the one to ask; she just loves to help.
Groundsman & Handyman: The grounds at Northcote Manor are nurtured by Terry our groundsman; feel free to pose your gardening questions.
Housekeeping: Stephanie; our Head Housekeeper and her team Sue & Sheila really take pride in all they do. If you need extra linen or towels, do ask.
