We warmly invite you, your closest friends and family to join us for a very special gourmet evening and overnight stay this Valentines. Our chefs, headed by Richie Herkes, have crafted and created a delicious 5-course menu with matching wines that celebrate the best of our fresh seasonal produce from the West Country.

Saturday, 17th February 2017

Arrive in the afternoon, unpack and settle in. We will serve an assortment of homemade cakes & sandwiches with full afternoon tea from 3pm-5pm. Champagne & canapés will begin your evening at 7 pm, followed by a sumptuous 5-course gourmet dinner with accompanying wines - presented by our wine expert, Mitchell Cohen. On Sunday, wake full of smiles to a delicious breakfast served in our conservatory until 10 am,  Only £295 per room, based on 2 people sharing. Extend an additional night £245 per room inc. dinner, bed & breakfast. We cater for all requirements and will adapt our menu for vegetarian, gluten free & dairy free diets.

Mosaic of Free Range Crediton Duckling with Madeira Jelly,
Herb Croute and Winter Truffle Salad.

Tournedos of North Devon Red Ruby Beef Fillet With Pomme Dauphinoise Potatoes, Assorted Woodland Mushrooms, Caramelised Shallots, Wilted Baby Spinach and Beef Gravy

Dessert:

Passion Fruit Cheesecake with Light Dark Chocolate Mousse, Passion Fruit Sorbet and Fresh Berries

Devon Blue, Quickes Mature Cheddar, Tickle more
