Chef-Patron, Richie Herkes changes the menus in harmony with the seasons, which influence the dishes created by our talented kitchen team.
We are justly proud of our Gourmet events; it’s our opportunity to ‘show off’ a little; to demonstrate the true flavours and wonderful quality of all that beautiful Devon has to offer.
