Taking Your Wedding Vows

You have a choice of 3 areas at Northcote where you may take your wedding vows. Our Oak room is a popular choice of venue and overlooks an old Oak tree, with fields stretching beyond. Large wedding parties often choose our slate roof conservatory, which opens onto a garden terrace area. If you have a outdoor wedding in mind, we also have a beautiful Victorian summerhouse called 'The Sanctuary' - an ideal venue for a romantic wedding ceremony.

Wedding Guests, Canapés & Bubbles

Imagine your wedding guests on the garden terrace in our private grounds enjoying bubbles and canapés whilst the wedding photographer captures those special wedding day moments. Wedding photo opportunities can also be found from the bridge in our Victorian garden or apple orchards with the North Devon countryside as a backdrop.
